Driven, curious, and people-centered, Constantino is a high school student who founded One Human One Story, a speaker series and community initiative that brings leading voices from the worlds of business, sport, diplomacy, and design into conversation with young people.

 

This project was born from his passion for human connection and belief that real stories including setbacks, doubts, and comebacks are the most powerful teachers. As a skilled communicator with LAMDA training in public speaking, he moderates each session with empathy, insight, and confidence.

Charles has always been interested in economics and entrepreneurship but what really fascinates him is the human side of every career. Behind every professional journey, there are values, motivations, failures, and turning points that go beyond the often conventional stories that are reduced to a CV. 

Through this club, Charles wants to explore not just what people do, but why they do it—what drives them, what challenges they have faced, and what makes their stories worth sharing. Through sharing these personal stories, the goal is not only to demystify the world of work but to render it both relatable and inspiring.
